This is ridiculous. You have different part numbers for every customer? How does that make sense? I need to order plants that you listed to me, but is not on Rons list. How is it I can order the plants from you and not him? Maybe I should just say the hell with it and not buy plants from either one of you. I can always deal with Oriental Aquarium

Good day.Thank you for your e-mail. I'm affraid I can't give Ron with the new code plants. Since we (my company and worldwide aqtcs) already use a different code rather than the one that i've give you. I've asked my head office in Singapore and they said that sending him with the new code plants, i'm afraid it will make us confused regarding the shipment since the codes are totally different and both of us have used a different code during the years.
